Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of AI Rank Watch, an independent AI visibility checker operated by a personal operator. By using AI Rank Watch, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What AI Rank Watch does
AI Rank Watch helps users create an explainable AI visibility snapshot for selected prompts, selected sources or demo/sample modes, and a specific timestamp. Reports may show observed mention presence, citation presence, approximate answer prominence, competitor presence, score components, source coverage, and limitations.
AI Rank Watch is not an official metric from OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Microsoft, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, or any other third-party AI/search platform.
Beta and availability limits
The current v0 is free and may operate in demo/sample, queued, limited, unavailable, manual, or approved-source modes. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued. We may limit usage to protect cost, reliability, source availability, abuse prevention, and compliance.
If live/provider source checks are not approved or configured, AI Rank Watch may show demo/sample output or record a waitlist/request instead of producing live source data.
User responsibilities
- Provide only information you have the right to submit.
- Avoid submitting secrets, API keys, passwords, confidential prompts, regulated personal data, private customer data, or unlawful content.
- Use reports as informational snapshots, not as deterministic rankings or guaranteed outcomes.
- Respect rate limits, abuse controls, and any source/method limitations shown in the product.
- Do not attempt to scrape, overload, bypass, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
- Do not use AI Rank Watch output to imply official affiliation, certification, endorsement, sponsorship, guaranteed rankings, guaranteed visibility, guaranteed citations, traffic, revenue, leads, or other business outcomes.
Reports, sharing, and deletion
Generated report links should be opaque and unlisted or access-controlled where appropriate. Anyone with an unlisted report link may be able to view it until it expires, is deleted, or access controls change. Do not share report links if they contain information you consider sensitive.
Saved reports are retained for up to 1 week in current v0 unless deleted earlier or retained longer for security, abuse-prevention, or legal/compliance reasons. You can request deletion by contacting shenyanying33@gmail.com or using any self-serve deletion path provided in the product.
No payment, no checkout, no refund process in v0
Current v0 is free. AI Rank Watch does not offer paid checkout, paid subscriptions, paid plans, preorders, billing, payment processing, taxes, invoices, cancellation terms, or refund processing in the current v0.
Because no payment is collected in v0, refunds are not applicable. If a paid plan, paid pilot, invoice, subscription, checkout, preorder, coupon, or payment provider is introduced later, these Terms must be updated and reviewed before that paid feature is made public.
No guarantees and no professional advice
AI Rank Watch reports are informational product analytics, not legal, financial, SEO, investment, marketing, or professional advice. AI/search outputs vary by prompt, time, source, model, account state, location, personalization, index state, and other factors.
We do not guarantee deterministic AI rankings; rank #1 or any stable position in ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or other platforms; complete or all-engine coverage; 100% accuracy; live real-time coverage across all AI/search systems; or traffic, revenue, leads, citations, recommendations, conversions, or business outcomes.
Third-party platforms and nominative use
Third-party names may be used only to describe sources, surfaces, models, products, or platforms users may care about. AI Rank Watch is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, certified by, approved by, or officially connected to OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Microsoft, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, or any other third-party AI/search platform.
Any source-specific route or report section must accurately state the approved method and limitations. Do not infer privileged access or scraping approval from the presence of a platform name.
Acceptable use, suspension, and changes
We may block, throttle, delete, suspend, or refuse requests that appear abusive, unlawful, unsafe, misleading, technically harmful, source-terms risky, or inconsistent with these Terms. We may also remove demo/sample or generated reports that are outdated, expired, unsafe, misleading, or no longer supported.
We may update these Terms as the product changes. If we add paid plans, accounts, live source providers, integrations, longer retention, or materially different data uses, the Terms and Privacy Policy must be updated before those features are made public.
Claims Policy
AI Rank Watch uses conservative product claims because AI/search visibility is variable, source-limited, and not an official ranking system.
Allowed wording
- Independent AI visibility checker.
- Observed snapshot.
- Selected prompts and selected source coverage.
- Timestamped report.
- Explainable score components.
- Mention presence, citation presence, and approximate answer prominence.
- Demo/sample mode where no approved source exists.
- Beta/waitlist or weekly monitoring beta when separate consent and unsubscribe are implemented.
Forbidden or review-required wording
- Official, partnered, certified, endorsed, sponsored, approved by, or affiliated with named platforms.
- Guaranteed ranking, guaranteed visibility, guaranteed citations, guaranteed traffic, revenue, leads, or conversions.
- Rank #1 in ChatGPT or any stable/deterministic AI rank.
- 100% accurate, complete AI visibility, all AI platforms, every AI engine, or real-time across all AI.
- Live provider/source coverage unless the exact source method, provider terms, data sent, retention, and public methodology have been approved.
- No tracking, no data stored, or no cookies if reports, email records, logs, Cloudflare Web Analytics, GA4, Clarity, or cookies are enabled.
- Free forever, paid-plan promises, refund promises, or cancellation guarantees while v0 has no paid checkout.
- Superiority claims against named competitors without a separate sourced comparison review.
